1. Waist Measurement: Use a flexible tape measure. Wrap it around your natural waistline (narrowest part above your belly button). Keep it snug but not tight. Record the measurement.
2. Hip Measurement: Stand with feet together. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks (usually at the top of your thigh). Ensure the tape is level and not too tight. Record the measurement.
3. Compare your measurements to our size chart on each product page
4. If you are between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit.

Allow for 0.39"- 0.78" a difference due to manual measurement. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

1. Lay a well-fitting pair of underwear flat.
2. Measure the waistband width. Double this to get the circumference.
3. (Optional) Measure the height from waistband to crotch for rise comparison.
4. Compare your measurements to our size chart.
